Dad's Plumbing was wonderful to work with! Mike took about one minute to respond to my request and I was scheduled within a few hours. Matt and Yariel were professional, knowledgeable, and just the best. We discussed my concerns and potential causes and I was not pressured to go with any specific course of action, it was definitely my choice. We identified additional work to be done and the gentlemen waited to see that it was done correctly without issues. Great company and I'm looking forward to our next project - a whole-home filtration system!

Truly great experience from beginning to end. Anthony gave me a reasonable quote and was true to his word. No extra charges or last minute re-quotes. He arrived on time, assessed the problem, explained how he would solve it, and explained how he would show me that it was fixed. He made sure that it was working as he certified, and left me with other recommendations without pressure or drama. He definitely earned my trust and when I need to replace my water heater he will be my very first call. Highly recommend!
