- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training to provide service on various television unit is obtain by attending training seminars and classes each year. Technicians are updated with the latest information and troubleshooting guides for a variety of manufacturers. Keeping updated with this information helps reduce the cost of repairs and shorten the turnaround time for completion of jobs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've provided service for a variety of customers. Our customers are mainly residential, but we also provide service for a few commercial clients. Some of these commercial clients include the NN/Williamsburg Airport, Liebherr, One Life Fitness, Portsmouth Medical Center, AAFES Langley, Quaker Steak restaurant and Schewels Furniture.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We proudly had the opportunity to service a TV Monitor, which was hanging approximately 30 feet above the ground at the NN/Williamsburg Airport. In cooperation with airport maintenance, the unit was removed, repaired and hung back up within 5 business days.
