We recommend getting at least two different estimates and inspections; the inspections should always be Free of charge. That is how a professional roofer can tell the client what their roof needs. You might be told that a roof replacement is needed, but ask questions about factors that indicate such a recommendation. Depending on the age of your roof or damage, only certain sections may need repair.
