My husband and I moved into a new apartment and after a few months there, my sweet little cat became riddled with fleas. I have a severe bug phobia and was having many uncomfortable and sleepless nights while trying to fix the problem ourselves. I found Eric and his team via Thumbtack and honestly, it was a complete lifesaver for both my sanity, my husband's eardrums, and my little cat's tough yet sensitive skin :) I would absolutely recommend this team to any and everyone in the future!

We found some bed bugs in our home and needed some help. I had tried everything that was available to get rid of them, but nothing worked. I found Pest Proof on here and within days, Erik came out, diagnosed the problem, and we set up a treatment plan. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. A few days later, a tech came to our home and completed the treatment. All of this happened within a week and was very affordable. We are very happy and highly recommend this company.

The gentleman who runs the business is very professional and transparent about the process. I had a bed bugs in my home and I tried to self-treat and made the problem worse. He coordinated my heat treatment, which went as promised. I asked for a retouch because I couldn’t tell if some bites I had were from mosquitoes or not. He came out and took care of it and we haven’t had a issue since. I would definitely recommend him.
