Had leak from ceiling right below upstairs Roman tub. Several plumbers came and didn’t diagnose the problem. Didn’t know how to cut open tile. I ended up cut out the tiles and ceiling and called several plumbers to get quotes again. The quotes were range from $380 to around $1000. They made it sound like it’s complicated job. It’s not! I knew where the leak was from. I sent the picture of the problem to H2O plumbing and she gave me a quote right away. It was under $300. I liked that she said no hidden fee. Jose and his son showed up. They knew what they needed to do. They explained to me. They replaced the faucet. I watched them replacing it because I want to learn how things work. He took about an hour which was a reasonable. I asked him a quote to put back tiles and patching ceiling but that was little pricey to me than I thought so I passed but price to replace the faucet was reasonable compare to other companies. I know plumbing can be expensive but Jose had good price and experience. I got a quote for another job which is main water line valve leak. That sound little pricey than I thought but I might get it fixed from him. I have many friends who are interested to work with him now.

Jose arrived before to my home before I did. We discussed price and he began working. I was missing a drain and some piping. Most tech would have rescheduled until I had all the parts. Not Jose he text me photos of the parts and he waited until I got back with the parts. Not even 15mins later I had running water with no leaks. For all you single out there doing it but yourselves. This is the company for you Great pricing and they get the job done Thank you H2O Jose is a kind and respectful person.

H2O responded to my request instantly, was confident and quoted a more than fair price and showed up promptly the day of my service. The customer service was A1 and had a mask on in the house. My repair was done swiftly and zero mess for me to clean. I will use H2O for my home and Business needs in the future for sure ❤️❤️☺️ Thank you for your help H2O
