I hired Mark East for my annual pictures with Santa event at James River Equipment (John Deere dealership) at the beginning of December 2016 & I could not be more pleased with the outcome of our event. I feel Mark brought a lot of the success to our event with his professionalism & his AWESOME photography equipment! I will definitely be using him again next year!

Mark East is absolutely the worst person to communicate with. He sent footage over and never sent an invoice. Ended up calling a manager in my office to complain about not paying him, however, he NEVER sent the invoice after I contacted him multiple times to send it. We hired him again out of desperation because years ago, he took payment for a project. Delivered the video months later stating he was "sick." We ended up having to pay someone else. Do not waste your time hiring this guy.

He did such a wonderful job being able to capture all of the photos we needed, even ended being able to travel to a couple additional install sites. These will be great for building our company photo gallery and improving our printed catalog. Very impressed!

I have a standard pricing system for my services that fulfill the clients needs with the services requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with your call. My goal is to quickly meet with you, understand your needs and give you a plan to achieve those. I'll work quickly and professionally to either get you in front of the camera or on the books for a future event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am extremely proud of my experience, education and service. I have a degree in photography, professional gear and participate in annual training for both. I stay current on both the latest styles and the best gear available in my trade.
