- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat rate company so you never have to worry about additional costs even when the job takes longer than expected. The price is the price and we will not add to it after our clients agree to an upfront price. We promise up front pricing and we deliver even if it means we take a loss sometimes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We add your contact details to our secure computer system and any notes relevant to your needs or special considerations. You will then be dispatched a background checked, licensed and certified professional HVAC technician or Indoor Air Expert. We will do a great job taking care of your needs and we will reach out shortly after the visit to make sure we left you 100% satisfied. You will know we appreciate and want your business!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train daily at Nice Home Services. 100% of our staff dedicates time to improve their skills and knowledge in order to be able to keep delivering the best service to our clients. We do training on everything from personal development, customer service, and technical training daily. as "Trane Comfort Specialists" we must meet the highest standards of training and knowledge to maintain that prestigious certification.
