- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly pricing is based on two organizers or interior decorators present for each job. With two professionals working at one time, our processes are more effective and twice as much work will be done per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers and are very sensitive and understanding to their needs. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and will do our best to walk them through our processes with clear understanding while providing any needed assistance along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner and I collectively have over 14 years of experience in our respective industries (organizing and interior decorating). We both have necessary certifications to perform our jobs, to go along with countless hours of self-education and practice on our crafts. Not to mention we both have a great passion for what we do which goes a long way in this line of work.
