After looking at his portfolio, I was excited to work with ARRA photo/video. We communicated a couple of times, discussing my event and reserving the date. I requested a copy of his contract he had mentioned and an executed W-9, and he agreed to send them. After a couple of weeks of checking in frequently, ARRA went totally silent on me. I never got the forms, and we ended up finding another photographer. We had to scramble to find a photographer for a major event late in the game, and it really put me in an awkward position with my company.

Metin was a wonderful investment for my company's holiday party. It was such a pleasure working with Georgette for our recent wedding. Do you want to capture your memories for life? Jim is the photographer for you! He was such a pleasure to work with and so personable -- all the guests loved him. He listened to what I wanted which was to capture this once in a lifetime event. He arrived early and stayed until the last possible moment. Lam was great to work with for our son's first birthday party! We weren't sure if we were going to have a photographer or not especially because some of the pricing was so outrageous, but Lam was super responsive, reasonably priced, and sent over samples of EXACTLY what I was looking to capture at our event- it was a no brainer. He was super kind and got lots of shots throughout the day, and returned our photos quickly! He showed up exactly on time. I maybe would have liked him to "stage" a few more items that I didn't get to see since I was busy in the bustle of the day and take a few less posed/backdrop shots and more action photos, but that is not a negative, just a preference. I also wish we had gotten the *perfect* shot of our little family, but we did get many great ones.... Overall, we were super pleased with his services and would hire him again (maybe with a bit more communication of expectations, but again- not his fault). He was very easy to work with and got shots of all our guests enjoying our party- thanks again!
