Christian has a very strong work ethic and is write on time with installation or repairs. His work is top notch and he stands by it. The values he holds is far above the regular standards of the HVAC business in Fredericksburg area. He is a professional and knows exactly what he’s doing. He is the only one that I’ll call to repair or replace any of my HVAC systems.

Christian is the definition of professional, honest and hard working. He came out to diagnose our unit literally the following day. Mind you, we contacted him late in the afternoon the day prior! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
French's does not carry the overhead and/or monthly sales quota that bigger companies have. We advise any customer needing quotes for system replacements to get multiple quotes from at least 3 HVAC companies. If your system is 10 years old or less and you were told you need a new system, please get a second opinion. French's does offer free second opinions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master HVAC license, certified in facility engineering and over 23 years' experience in residential and commercial HVAC.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not choose a company based off of how big their name is and Quality customer service shouldn't cost extra.
