My family woke up with the house at 61 degrees! I reached out to several companies on Thumbtack and Precision HVAC was the first to actually call with a real person. They thankfully had an opening so they stopped by the house later in the afternoon. I am always scared of calling HVAC companies because it always feel like what they say is what I need to pay. Last year, my furnace had another problem which required replacing the main board at the cost of $700. Thankfully, Chris was not only able to quickly diagnose the problem (issue with the gas valve and the main board, again)... but even shares the good news that the parts would be covered by the manufacturer warranty and I only have to pay for the labor. I was thankful and impressed by his thoroughness because the HVAC company (it was a big company) i used last year didn't mention that when they replaced the main board. Even during the repair, Chris was patient and thorough. Due to no fault of his own, the repair took a little longer than expected... with multiple trips to the parts shop... but he was kind, patient, and (most importantly too me!) didn't dump the additional labor cost to me. I highly recommend the company. They are a local, small business... and they deliver. Highly recommend. And big thanks to Chris and the team at Precision HVAC!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m offering currently a 249.00 maintenance contract for a home that has up to 3 systems and a small addition amount for any extra system over 3. I’m offering a 29.00 diagnostic fee and system check fee. Free replacement estimates Military, Teachers, Nurses/Doctors, and Senior citizens get 10% off all hvac repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
EARN there business, provide honesty, and the best overall customer experience in the trade. I want to establish a long term relationship with all my clients
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters license in heating and air conditioning I have all my nate certifications along with a CFC in refrigeration. 15 years experience in residential hvac and light commercial I’ve gone to the best trade schools in refrigeration, advanced diagnostics, and oil school.
