Throughout my time in the food & beverage industry, I have obtained the following certifications to ensure top-quality service: 1. T.I.P.S. (Training for Intervention Procedures) 2. ServSafe Alcohol Training & Certificate Program 3. Cicerone Level 1- Certified Beer Server I am currently working towards obtaining my Level 1 Sommelier Cert
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My hospitality journey started in 2015, but I got my first restaurant job in 2017 as a hostess while studying at Old Dominion University. Over time, I advanced to roles as a waitress, bartender, and eventually became the Front of House New Hire/Training & Development Manager.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients, including real estate agents, veterans, entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, newlyweds, expecting mothers, sororities and fraternities, city events, as well as close friends and family.
