She was super sweet, I did ending up canceling her last minute by accident even then she was super sweet about it I really appreciate her customer service. She was scheduled to come yesterday she confirmed after I told her I would tip her extra for the inconvenience, she told me she could make it even if her mom couldn’t come she said she would be here no later that 130 pm but she calls me and says she couldn’t make it bc “it was too late” & that was at 10am I was waiting all day for her to come I think she didn’t want to come to come bc it was raining bc it was but I was pretty upset about that.
