While I take pride in providing high-quality services, I was not planning to address this matter publicly. However, the circumstances leave me no choice but to speak up to protect the integrity of my business.
Your behavior, including raising your voice and smoking indoors (not disclosed prior), created challenges that impacted our ability to clean effectively. Despite remaining calm and professional, the situation escalated into one that was unprofessional and avoidable. I had outlined the option to adjust task priorities during our initial discussion, but no such changes were requested. Additionally, your insistence on a deep-clean quote, despite my policy against providing estimates, and your son’s request for my employee’s personal number added to the discomfort.
While I regret this experience fell short of expectations, I remain confident in the quality of my services and will implement formal contracts to ensure clearer expectations moving forward. I wish you well.
