My tenants texted and said there was a leak in the ceiling. It was quest piping that had sprung a leak. I reached out to Hendrick's plumbing. It was about Saturday afternoon. They responded in less than 5 minutes and were dispatched to the house within 10 minutes. They were able to get in and fix the problem. I really liked that they sent me a picture of the contractor who would be arriving so that I could send that to my tenant. They kept me abreast of the project, and contacted me when done. All in all I would say less than 2 hours from start to finish. The next step is to have my maintenance guy repair the sheetrock. I was very happy and will be contacting them to replace the rest of the quest piping after these folks move out and before the next folks move in. I would highly recommend them. I was also grateful for a 5% military discount.

Hendrix Plumbing is sooo LEGIT. We needed our water heater replaced but it was so old that we had no clue where to start.. Ronaldo was so prompt in reaching out and showing up SAME DAY to check it out and then he replaced the unit and everything within 2.5 hours. He was very professional, answered all of our questions and really took the stress out of the whole situation. We are so very thankful! Check out the before and after!!

Ron A. Let me know by msg he was 30 mins out from our appt. He arrived on time and was able to start up our 5 year old gas water heater. He described the issue and took pictures of the serial number so if on the future we had problems he could order the parts and bring them with him to make the repairs as needed. He was very nice and the charge was for the nominal fee of $76. We appreciate having hot water agaon@ Thank you Ron!
