Very professional from initial contact through completion of new roof. Erwin came out and explained their product and showed us step by step how the installation would be done. Workers showed up on time and work was done timely. Clean up was great. No debris was left in or around the yard. We are very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Commonwealth Contracting LLC to our family and friends.

Great service. There was even a part of the roof/gutter getting water and they added an extra piece to cover it up, no charge!

We had an excellent experience with Erwin, his father, and the crew that performed the different aspects of the work at our house. They 1) repaired siding damage until we could get HOA approval and move forward, 2) replaced 100% of the siding around the house, and 3) repaired foundation cracking, and painted the non-brick portions around the home.The company was very accommodating due to the HOA approval produced and additional remodeling work that was going on at the same time. They worked around schedules and did a fantastic job making sure that any installation defects were remediated quickly such as adjusting the downspout after reinstall, and some additional caulk around a few spots.It wasnt just the owners of the company that were great to work with, but also the crew that took down the old siding, wrapped the house in foam panels and waterproof house wrap, and finally installed the siding itself. They were one of the best crews that Ive worked with. They helped and supported one another, worked efficiently, and left no mess. They were great with us and our family as well.I highly recommend this company and already plan on using their services for additional work at our house. I appreciate their commitment to excellence, flexibility, and quality work.Attached are a couple of photos from the back of the house where they had to work from a significant elevation. The siding, foundation repair, and painting is all their work.

Columbia Contracting LLC did an exceptional job of installing my new roof! They were on time, polite & respectful. They professionally installed a beautiful, high quality new roof, and cleaned up every bit of debris afterwards. Their pricing was reasonable, and they went above and beyond with their efforts. They kept me well informed, and followed up on all of my requests. You couldnt ask for a better roofing contractor! Now I have the best looking roof in my neighborhood, and I just love looking at it! Im truly grateful that I chose Columbia Contracting, and, if my house could talk, Im sure it would be grateful too!
