Working with Daniel was pleasant. I had a leak in my water heater and he offered to come right away to drain the system to prevent water damage to the basement. Although I declined because it was late evening, I thought it very considerate since he had to travel a distance and estimate is free. He came the following morning and changed out the water heater. The job he did was very neat and he walked me through it all. During the process it was discovered that there is also a leak in the main shut of valve, which of course, I hired him to do that job the following day. It was a pleasure working with the company and I will recommend him any time. I told him he is my new plumber so expect my call for any plumbing needs. Thank you for a hassle free experience.😁

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had an emergency where water was not leaking but pouring out of my expansion tank. I immediately went to Thumbtack as this is my favorite site. I received a few responses but all of the prices were over the top and no one wanted to come out nor tell me how to turn the water off without a fee. Well this company responded accessed the problem via photos and came out after 10:00pm fixed the problem and gave me tips on some other Plumming issues. If you are in need of a professional that will not take advantage of a not so good situation this is the guy. Don’t hesitate to give him a call.

This morning started off rough—jumped in the shower and realized the water never got hot. Checked the water heater and saw the pilot light was out. Tried to relight it, but no luck. I turned to Thumbtack and found a few plumbers, and the first to respond was D & D Plumbing (Daniel). Daniel arrived within 90 minutes, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what was going on. Turns out, I needed a new water heater.
