FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very fair pricing. Plumbing in general is not the cheapest home expense but as a fellow homeowner I understand and do my best to work with most budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening. I feel it's extremely important to hear and understand exactly what's needed and expected from me. After that I go over the best options to complete the task with corresponding up-front pricing . After those two important items are covered work can typically begin same day or around your schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the beginning of my plumbing career, I worked at a company that provided in class and onsite training. Before being accepted into the class some commitment had to be shown which consisted of stocking parts, running equipment to plumbers, digging and groundwork labor, and finally riding with existing plumbers. After completing the class successfully I started residential service plumbing on my own truck. I've been plumbing in Northern Virginia for 10yrs.
