We asked the owner/proprietor - Tony - to renovate nearly the entire house - kitchen and five bathrooms. Tony started by proposing various design options, quality/various grades of material, and cost models accordingly. Based on his professional recommendation, we opted for (and within our budget/his vendor choice) the best material/cabinetry/tiling, etc. for our extensive renovation project. Even through the height of pandemic months, with shortages on labor and supply-chain issues, Tony was able to complete the job within time and budget - all the while adhering to the requisite protocol/needed precaution for Covid. Based on our outreach to Tony's previous clients, he won't, nor ever has, taken a job simply to low-bid/low-ball another contractor - especially in competition with those contractors who don't have a comparable portfolio of unique renovation projects under their belt or a 'Class-A' builder status.
