We worked with King's Landing Properties for the remodel of our master bathroom in late December 2024. Artie, owner, designer and project manager, was intimately involved every step in the process and we had a full design by early January. After completing the design, Artie was instrumental in assisting us in selecting all the materials, colors and items needed for the renovation. If he was unable to be there in person he attended virtually to all the vendors.
The construction team of Daniel, Alfonso and Carlos was also excellent. The handiwork of Carlos and Alfonso is meticulous! Every detail of the installation of the tiles, vanities and fixtures was exact. They were polite, efficient and exceptionally neat from start to completion of the project. They always included us at all times in decisions that needed to be made as the work progressed. We could not have been more pleased with this team.
Artie and his team made the process as easy and seamless as possible. The final result speaks for itself - fantastic!

I recently had the pleasure of working with King’s Landing Properties’ services on several projects around my house, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were exceptional.
Painting: The team did a fantastic job painting the exterior of my home. The finish is flawless, and the color choices recommended by King’s Landing Properties have completely transformed the look of my house. The attention to detail was evident, with clean lines and a smooth finish that looked stunning.
Ceiling Lights and Fans: They installed new ceiling lights and fans throughout the house, and the difference is incredible. The new fixtures are not only stylish but also very efficient, making the entire house feel more modern and comfortable. The installation was quick, and they ensured everything was working perfectly before finishing the job.
Light Switches: Upgrading to modern light switches, including some with WiFi capabilities, was a great decision. King’s Landing Properties handled the installation with expertise, making sure all the switches were seamlessly integrated and easy to use. They guided us and helped us choose wonderful switches, providing convenience and energy efficiency.

We just finished our first project with KLP and we couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. The owners, Artie and Shangyu stayed in constant contact during the ordering process and helped us pick out every element and gave us recommendations and plenty of choices for everything! Their contractor Daniel and his crew did all the work in less than 2 weeks, from demo to the fine finishing details, and the work is immaculate!

Kings Landing designed and remodeled a boring no de script space into a mudroom/laundry room of our dreams, along with a full remodel of our kitchen. The colors and features are beautiful and functional. Design features (cabinetry spice rack, coffee bar, pot filler) add an elevated elegance to the space. They guided us in selecting the gorgeous countertops and other materials that we love. The flow of our work space is noticeably improved. We are happy with our kitchen and mudroom design.
