Contracted Maksim Kabaluk for assistance with plan development and other documents required for home renovation permits in Prince William County (after dealing with months of frustration with another structural engineer company). Maksim quickly identified mistakes made by the previous company, prepared all new plans for us, and also helped us address questions from the Prince William County Permits Office regarding our previous permit application. Professional, responsive, and quality work. I highly recommend!

StructurePro got to the root of a problem with the rebar/concrete floor foundation in my house that had been rotting away for years and was patched up by previous owners. SP drilled all the way down to get rid of the rotten concrete and removed the rusted rebar, then replaced it with appropriate materials in a way that guarantees ice and air won’t continue to cause a hazard for the structural integrity of the house. The price was reasonable—I checked. I would use him again, and probably will.
