Very much recommend this contractor for any home remodelling or additions. My wife and I could not be happier with our new outdoor deck. Work was done good. Some of the issues are wastage and additional material charges other than tiles, paints were extremely high and never consulted the owner before purchase so cannot use proper discounts or proper return of excessive items. Post completion issues were never addressed and no support, so beware of the issue if anyone hires as you may not get any support which is what happened in my case and it costs quite a lot.

Working with Kauri to remodel our two full bathrooms was easy. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen. His quality of work is great and he is fast. He is a team of one, in our case we liked that because we didn’t have so many people coming in and out of the house. His prices are very good.
