I couldn’t be happier that I found this company. I have a mice problem in the attic. The technician John is super nice. Made a call in the morning for a potential carpenter ant issue, and John (technician) was able to come out that afternoon. John was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. He gave me his honest assessment given our situation, which actually meant opting to not get any treatment and taking a wait and see approach. He was thorough in his inspection, gave us some tips and suggestions, and was very friendly throughout the experience. If I need help in the future, there's only one person/company I'm going to!
