I recently hired this handyman service to put one fallen shuttle back in place that was initially quoted at $60. However, after six screws that needed to be purchased and a sudden transportation fee, the final bill ballooned to $150. I sent a picture of the work and wasn’t made aware to purchase a kit needed for repair. If I would have been told this prior to arrival the kit (screws) would have been here. While the work may have been satisfactory, the significant price increase and unexpected fees were surprising and disappointing. Transparency and clear communication regarding pricing are essential for building trust with customers.
