I go above and beyond for the customers peace of mind. I take pride in the quality and effectiveness of my work. I have over 8 years of experience in pest control and Crawlspace work. I graduated trade school from the Tidewaters Builders Association in 2017. I carefully inspect each home thoroughly to ensure the safety of the home and customer. I deliver clear and effective communication to our customers. All inspections come with pictures to communicate exactly the issues. I provide before and after pictures of every job completed. I also schedule to check the quality of work after jobs are complete usually a month or two after job completion free of charge. All inspections and quotes are free. Most of all I always put my customers best interest first.

Mr James Lee was very thorough and although this was a requirement for a VA loan he looked over nook and cranny as if I had a complaint about termites. Mr Lee was very pleasant and I would recommend him for any of his services.

James was great to work with! He was able to come quickly to see what was going on, and to solve our rat infestation thoroughly, along with some other issues he noticed with the vapor barrier. He provided a free quality assurance follow up visit, too. I would definitely hire him again for any crawlspace need.
