- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal Training: $65/hr session $55/45 minute session 10% discount on 10-session packages: $585 for 10x One hour sessions $495 for 10x 45 minute sessions *please note that actual price may vary depending on factors such as time of day trained and travel distance Customized Workout Plans: $25/week (1-3 workouts/week) $30/week (4-6 workouts/week) $95/month (1-3 workouts per week) $115/month (4-6 workouts per week) Nutrition Coaching: $50- One-time consultation and customized meal plan $130/month- Macronutrient plan plus weekly 30 minute check-in meeting, and access to additional nutrition resources
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first will go thru an initial phone screen to gather information, discuss goals and expectations, set up a consultation session, etc. The first in-person/virtual session will be more of an assessment of movement which allows me to diagnose areas of weakness, establish general baselines for us to measure progress against, etc.
