Excellent interaction. Came when he said, did what was asked. It was quick, he replaced my garage door, installed new motor, keypad and remotes. I was very happy with the work and to finally have an operating garage door again! Highly recommend!

The representative from this company called me within one minute to discuss my project, which was excellent! They were able to offer same day service, and stated they able to arrive to my home within 20 minutes! This company is extremely punctual and helpful! Virginia Garage Door was able to diagnose my problem right away, and had all of the needed supplies with them to fix our damaged garage door right away. All of the replacement items were new and still in their boxes, and the price was extremely fair. Our garage door was fixed in less than 30 minutes without any issues. The rep. even checked to make sure everything else was working properly, and lubricated the door for no extra cost! Ellian was very knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous during the repair. I know that if I have any issues with our garage door in the future, we will definitely be hiring Virginia Garage Door again to do the repairs! Thank you again for doing an amazing job!
