- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After our meeting, either in person or phone call, I will provide you with a proposal that will provide all the details for your session, including any discounts or fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process depends on the type of photography you need, but everything starts with a conversation; in person preferably! We will meet at one of the lovely cafes here in Northern Virginia and chat about your needs. This ensures we are the right fit and sets the tone for the rest of the process. If we both agree to move forward, you will receive a contract to sign and the proposal, which will include the required retainer fee to save your date. Once you have paid the retainer fee, the fun begins. We begin planning your photography session!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many hours of training from various photography courses and am a member of the Professional Photographers of America and the Virginia Professional Photographers of America organizations. I will continue my photography/business education indefinitely!
