I had American Smart Moving unload 2 pods at the pod facility into their moving van, move and unload at my new home. The team of three arrived early at the pod facility and worked efficiently and with care to load my items. At my new home, they covered the flooring to protect and were very careful not to damage walls, etc. They unloaded each item into the rooms I requested and even set up beds and large furniture pieces. I highly recommend and will be using them again for my next move.

I scheduled with them a little over a month in advance. I paid a deposit to ensure our moving date was locked in, as we were moving there from out of state. The day of our move the owner confirmed with me early in the morning, which was appreciated, as it eased my mind that they were going to show up. My move time wasn’t until the late afternoon. They showed up on time and were very good with communicating with me before they got there. My move was not easy because we were moving into a 3rd floor unit and we have a king size Tempurpedic mattress that’s really heavy and a lot of heavy boxes. They handled it perfectly though. The owner is very conscientious about his work. He made sure not to drag our belongings across the ground or floor and made sure not to bump our furniture into the walls. I would definitely use this company again and will refer him to anyone else I know that needs movers. If you use this company you can be assured that he does care about the quality of his work and he and his movers will take good care of your belongings.

The guys were fantastic movers! They worked quickly and carefully, and I’ve never seen movers that didn’t put one ding in the walls, but somehow they managed it. While they aren’t the cheapest moving company, I would definitely use them again, as their work was high-quality and speedy. Five stars!!
