- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm available for private, semi-private, or group sessions online or in-person in your home, office, or other location in the Washington, D.C. metro area or at my yoga studio in Fairfax, Virginia. Pricing is as follows: 30 minutes: $50 in-person | $35 online Shorter session that’s ideal for guided pranayama and meditation or coaching for a specific posture(s). 60 minutes: $100 in-person | $75 online Perfect for a comprehensive practice with individualized instruction and assistance for asana, pranayama, and meditation. 90 minutes: $150 in-person | $100 online A longer session that can include both an individualized, comprehensive practice plus coaching for a specific posture(s). Six-Class Package: $600 in-person | $450 online Kickstart your practice with six private sessions tailored to your individual needs. Includes an initial 90 minute session, five 60 minute classes, a home practice plan, and email check-ins. Perfect for developing a personal practice!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to starting private sessions, you’ll complete an intake form and we'll have a brief consultation over the phone to discuss your needs and ensure we’re the right fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and I hold certifications in Dharma Yoga (800 hours), Vinyasa Yoga (500 hours), Rocket Yoga (100 hours), and Yin Yoga (30 hours). I am also trained to teach trauma-informed yoga. I own a yoga studio (Yoga Commons) in Fairfax, Virginia where I teach multiple weekly pranayama, meditation, and yoga asana classes (online and in-person) and offer local and international yoga retreats. I'm also a Coach for Yogi Flight School, a renowned online arm balance and inversion program.
