- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimate costs will be waived if chosen for the job. Discounts will be based on customer participation with our Consumer Marketing Program, where clients can get reduced pricing by offering referrals and online reviews.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send one of our expert ClearWave Water Specialists to your home to conduct a detailed water test to determine scope and severity of any issues which may be present in your water. We will also examine common problem areas to see if your home is showing any signs of damager from common Hard water issues (Corrosion of piping, calcium build up etc.) After a determination of your needs has been completed your Specialist will provide you with a custom solution. They will go over our products and pricing and find a solution which best fits your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Specialists will do a detailed explanation of all tests prior to testing to explain: 1.) How the test works, 2.) What we are testing for, 3.) How the items we are testing for affect your home and health, 4.) Results of the test. Our Specialists will also answer any questions you may have regarding the contaminants we are testing for.
