As a personal trainer I try to keep your program realistic to your lifestyle. There is no shortcut to get to your goals. No yellow brick road, just hard work. Soup is a very dedicated trainer who goes out of his way to help his clients succeed. He's always available for nutrition or workout advice outside of scheduled training sessions and even provides personalized incentives to reach your goals. The gym itself can be very loud, and sometimes lacks privacy for sessions. Even though the building may seem a little dingy on the outside, the inside is always very clean and well-equipped. Overall, I've had a great experience! I would highly recommend Soup to everyone I know.

I started working with Soup in 2015. It soon became clear that Soup was just as committed as me to helping me achieve my goals. I trained with him on a solid basis 5 days a week for over two years. He was flexible and came to me at times that worked for me, designing specific programs to fit my schedule and goals. During that time, I lost 40lbs and got into peak physical shape. He also worked with me during that time to coach me on the best nutrition to achieve those goals and gave me homework when I started doing two-a-day workouts. If you want to achieve real transformation, work with Soup. Soup is a great person, friend, motivator, and coach.

I enjoyed working with Soup! Soup started training me December of 2020. He holds you accountable and even checks in on days he’s not training you. It’s very helpful that he provides workouts and suggestions for which type of cardio to do. He definitely challenges you to grow, whether it’s to increase in weights or reps. I enjoyed the boxing sessions as well. That’s the great part of working with Soup, it’s the opportunity to try new routines that suit your needs.

Highly recommend First Priority Fitness! Soup is an excellent trainer. He keeps me focused on my fitness goals. He works with my schedule and quickly communicates via text or email. He has a wealth of knowledge in fitness training and dieting through his various experiences. Soup works to understand my strengths as well as weaknesses in order to effectively reach my health and wellness goals and continue my fitness journey outside of his sessions. He is an incredible person to have in your corner to cheer you on.
