- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates can vary base off numbers of sessions per week or committing to a longer contract. I provide sessions majority in 45 minutes or 30 minute sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When stepping into fitness it can be scary and challenging. Your embarking on change to live a better life. I try to make it comfortable and realistic that you can continue. To make changes in a clients nutrition and exercise routine that works. Making to many changes that cant be continued on their own is how most programs fail. I work with clients on making changes and learning routines they can do and commit to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member if IdeaFit Health and Fitness Association. They provide trending new researches, continuing education in a variety of fields and so much more. This helps me keep up to date with to keep my clients engaged and on a continuous growth.
