A session is comprised of a warm welcome and a safe, private space to share your healing intentions. You lay on a soft table and I scan your body's bioelectric field for sensations along the seven main chakras (energy centers), each representing different aspects of your emotional body. From there I let you know what I feel and together we translate what that means for you. Reiki healings are performed in various ways and I decide what each person needs when they are here.
