- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a 20% discount for military and first responders. I conduct a lot of resilience, leadership and goalsetting in this sector. All presentations over four hours include a copy of my book at the publisher rate. This option is available at every presentation. My book, The Three Points of Contact is an Amazon bestseller in the areas of teen and young adult resiliency and life skills. If my pricing seems a little high it is because of the amount of time I put into each presentation tailoring to every organization. My presentations are not delivered from a deck of PowerPoint slides from one organization to another. Every presentation is unique!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in conducting three conversations with every customer. The first one is on the phone and the second two are in person. I provide all the logistics for the last two meetings with the client. I’m very particular to ensure that all of my workshops or keynotes are tailored entirely to each specific organization.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters degree in speech communication. I’ve taught over 130 college communication courses. I’m a retired field grade officer from United States Army and a stage III cancer survivor. I started my business three years ago and provide customer service, communication techniques for the workplace, leadership communication, resilience training and goal setting seminars around the world.
