I needed to have a dishwasher installed right before Christmas and was having difficulty finding an appliance store willing to install a dishwasher in time. Smart appliances were extremely accommodating and agreed to install the dishwasher in a very timely manner once I purchased it. As it turned out, I found a retailer who was able to deliver, install, and remove the old dishwasher in time so I did not need to take advantage of Smart Appliances services. I was extremely impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to help and accommodate, and I would not hesitate to hire them for future projects.

Zaki and Masih exceeded my expectations! They repaired my microwave oven and also by prior arrangement they replaced an overhead light on my stove -- that required ingenuity -- and installed a ceiling light in the hallway that was designed for a dining room or living room. We all 3 at one point decided it wouldn't work due to the small space and the front door -- then Zaki said he would not give up and came up with an idea. They worked and worked and got it perfect!

Very professional. Responded to my request within 5 minutes and came the next day. He installed my gas dryer, and gave advice on maintaining the dryer. Great communication skills, arrived on time, and did a great job. I highly recommend smart appliances. I have the number saved for future jobs!
