I corresponded with Isaac from Neptune's Plumbing about a hot water heater not working. I also mentioned our washing machine was making a loud noise, but that it stopped and we couldn't repeat it. I set an appointment for the next day. Isaac had no issue with details of my not being at the house and different contact numbers. He went out to discover the hot water heater was fine, but had simply run out of hot water due to laundry and showers going on at the same time. He studied the hot water heater to determine the details and condition while he was there. He also tested the washing machine, even though that was not a part of the call, and found it was not having any obvious problems. He called me after his visit to the house, discussed the condition of my hot water heater and gave me a quote on a new one if I decided to go that path. He corresponded with me extensively, patiently answering every question about hot water heaters and options for a replacement. Isaac was the most thorough, knowledgeable and professional vendor I've run across in a LONG time, a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely use Isaac again.

Issac did an excellent job at upgrading my plumbing system and replacing my toilet flanges so that my new high end toilets that are going to be installed by him will work inside my bathrooms. Issac is very professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and show me the plumbing issues that I had and how he would go about correcting it. I do see myself choosing Issac for more of my future plumbing projects. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the quality of work provided by Neptunes Plumbing. I had my water heater flushed and anode rod replaced. I was given a fair quote and the technician was very timely. The technician also checked my system pressure and recommended to replace the pressure reducing valve. I would use them again for any future work.
