- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to develop a relationship with you, and that begins with a conversation about who you are, and what you're expecting. Since we'll all be spending a lot of time together (especially on your wedding day), we want to know about you and your spouse-to-be! Whether you know a little, a lot, or nothing about what type of wedding film you want; we'll help you figure it out! Once we have a bit of info, we can talk about the packages and services we have available, or we can create a custom solution for your needs. We'll keep in touch in the months and days leading up to your big day to make sure we have all the info we need to capture it the best way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience, and lots of it! Joshua Cruse has been in the event media production industry for over a decade, providing photography, videography, lighting, audio recording, and video projection for events around the country.
