- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price reasonably in all instances. I will usually try to give a better rate when someone is booking for days, weeks, or even months at a time, which does happen. When it's a matter of multiple visits daily, I prefer to quote at a daily rate than per visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually prefer to do a meet & greet with new clients just to be sure it's a good fit for both of us. At this time, I am unable to petsit in my own home, I can only provide services in the client's home, but I do offer overnight services when preferred by the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read whatever I can find to further my own knowledge. I also make sure to read dog and cat magazines to keep up with current information.
