- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on the job. I give customers a choice whether they want us based on an hourly rate or a set price for the type of project at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure to be friendly, professional, and efficient with the customer so they feel confident they can trust in us and our quality work. We are perfections and masters of our craft. We want to make sure the customer feels as if they hired the best possible choice for their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished an apprenticeship with local 26 and graduated from the program. I was a union electrician since 2007 and started this company in 2015. I have been doing electrical work since high school and am very meticulous of my work.
