- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you become a member of the Smart Home Maintenance Program you get an automatic 5% discount. Prices vary on the project and always change when material is included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one: Customer is scheduled and estimator goes to property to check out the project. Step two: After collecting all information pertaining to project, estimator returns to office and works on the proposal. Steep three: Proposal is sent to customer Step four: Customer reviews proposal Step five: If customer has questions, we answer accordingly Step six: Customer approves proposal and pays deposit Step seven: We order material if its included and schedule the project Step eight: Project gets done Step nine: Our project manager inspects project Step ten: Final walk-through with customer and makes final payment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train on various skills throughout the year. On a quarterly basis, we take classes on carpentry, flooring, painting, lead safe, mold, etc. We also take webinars on different types of job skills.
