- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a task based pricing company, so all pricing is upfront, and includes all parts, labor, and overhead. That is based on the state and national average.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to walk them through the whole process, what to expect when the technician arrives, he educates on system, explaining what the issues are, to explaining all the options so customers can make the decision that best suits them, and how the install will go, and how it will all end. We have nothing to hide from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through the entire process through the state of Utah to hold the highest level of a plumbing license. 4 years of school to hold a Journeymans to passing the test to be a master. Which took an extra 4 years to meet all the requirements.
