- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone call conversation, talking about your project and needs 2. Customer sends pictures of what the want done (Send picture of tub they want refinished) or schedule an in person meeting if needed. 3. We provide quote with options to best serve your needs 4. Customer approves quote and we get it scheduled. 5. Project day we preform our process as outlined to our high quality standard then make sure customer is happy with work provided before we leave 6. Customer leaves 5 star review :)

Check warranty options most don't offer a warranty to cover there work. Ask about there process and how they plan to tackle your project, you want someone that can tell you exactly what there going to do and how it works.
