A-One fixed multiple issues, checked their work, and didn't leave until everything was confirmed working. I had such a great experience with Riche's HVAC. Thomas can by today and quickly fixed my condenser capacitor. First, he came EARLIER THAN MY APPOINTMENT ON A VERY HOT SUNDAY, aware that I was stressed about having no AC available for my senior animals. So grateful for this. Second, he was really fast. He knew what the issue was, fixed it right up, I paid him over Venmo and he was off (to hopefully enjoy the rest of his Sunday not working). Third, and probably must important to me; as a woman searching for long term resources for my home's care, his quote was RIGHT in line with my dad's price estimation and insistence that "X is the fair true cost and don't let anyone mess with you". This is a big deal for me as it is scary to reach out to companies with very limited knowledge. Riche's is an excellent and safe small business to support if you're anyone, but also as a woman learning the ins and outs of home ownership I will definitely use them again when I update my HVAC.

Cody with Heavenly heating and cooling was so easy from the start! He was punctual, easy to communicate with, thorough, and his prices were beyond fair. His work was even better. Cody redid my entire HVAC system and made our basement so much prettier! He cleaned up the whole area, added a few nicer elements and got the system working at its best. I could not recommend Cody and Heavenly Cooling and Heating enough!

If you are looking through HVAC contractors stop and just hire these guys they are the best. They saved me over 7 thousand dollars from a larger well known company.
Anthony was very professional and non-pushy. He answered all and any questions and I had and even went the extra mile to cut in an access door and modified an existing duct free of charge.
Anthony is very knowledgeable in his field and I will be giving him a call for future projects.

Our AC went out and I had one of the big well-known HVAC companies come out and determine the issue. Turns out we needed a new unit. Since the furnace was over 20 years old, we discussed the pros and cons of a full update and decided to go for it. We wanted a new furnace and a new heat pump (more energy efficient and qualifies for tax credit and rebates). The well-known company gave me an incredibly high price! I have a friend in the HVAC business in another state and he agreed it was very high, so I got two more estimates, including one from UpFront. The second bid was even more than the first, but UpFront quoted me a cost less than half the first two and my friend in the business agreed it was a good quote, quality products, etc. I hired them and they did a great job. They finished the install in a day, were conscientious about their work, arrived on time, and honored their price. They discussed key details with us (like where the new vent would be placed) and they kept us informed as the project progressed. We hired them to come back to clean out a drain the next week and I'll keep them in my phone for any other plumbing, heating and electric issues we have in the future.
