FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
30 MIN LESSON ($50) These lessons tend to be the “best seller” out of all the lesson times provided. It is the perfect amount of time to give you a weekly check in on your voice where we can reinforce that muscle memory and build upon what we did the week prior. It also leaves time to work on a song or performance that you want to focus on! 45 MIN LESSON($75) These lessons are great for the student that wants that little boost in getting time to work on vocal exercises and song application. Which makes it perfect for catching up if you’ve missed prior weeks, have a performance or audition coming up, or just wanting to take your progress to the next level if that’s what you’re looking for! 60 MIN LESSON ($100) These lessons are perfect for the student that has a lot that they want to pack in that week. It gives ample time to really exercise your voice and find balance while also giving you an extensive amount of time to work on song application. This lesson time is highly recommended for a student that has an audition or performance coming up fast and they are looking to make big strides in their singing and performance!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin our journey by giving you a vocal diagnosis which allows us to create a plan for your voice in specific and from there we begin expanding your technique, dynamic ability, performance, and more using techniques that are taught at the Institute for Vocal Advancement (for more info on the IVA method visit vocaladvancement.org) . We build a solid connection throughout every passaggio which allows you the freedom to sing anything that you want, whenever you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Instructor with the Institute for Vocal Advancement - an international teaching organization dedicated to the education and integrity of voice teachers around the globe here I have personally been taught by some of the most prestigious vocal coaches around the world many of whom have worked along side the likes of Seth Riggs; including people like Jeffrey Skouson, Spencer Welch and Linda Tomkinson. Along with my educational experience I have also been fortunate enough to have years of practical experience working in the industry. Some of my Professional credits include: Singing/acting/dancing for the Disney+ tv series “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series” (Seasons 1, 2, and 4), Singing for Disney recording sessions, Performing in “Kalyna: The Musical” at the Eccles Theater, Coaching and Prepping singers for Broadway shows, Working alongside incredible talents like Olivia Rodrigo, Joshua Basset, Andrew Barth Feldman, Kate Reinders and Julia Lester, Coaching singers for Disney recording sessions, and so much more! All of this has allowed me to learn so much about the importance of not only technique but performance as well and how to best apply your skills in the industry.
