- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services require a client / attorney agreement. The agreement will address the duties and agreements between the attorney and client as well as set out any required retainer fee, attorney hourly rate, and additional costs. Make sure you understand and discuss all the associated fees when you retain an attorney in your matter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, attorneys in the state of Utah are required to attend approved continuing legal education courses to maintain their license with the state of Utah. Continuing legal education course help keep the attorney knowledgeable in his/her area of law.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
A majority of client work involves representation stemming from family law issues such as paternity, divorce, custody disputes, guardianship, protective orders, domestic violence charges, wills & trusts, and juvenile law issues. I also represent clients in contract disputes, collection issues, criminal issues, and mediation.
