FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aren’t the cheapest. Cheap work leads to call backs and no warranties. We charge what we do because it allows us to provide the best service possible for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the job is booked, we send a text when we are about 15 minutes away from the customer’s home. When we show up, we slip on our shoe covers and ask the customer to explain their plumbing issue. We then diagnose it and provide the customer with 3 options with upfront pricing that solve their plumbing problem. The customer selects an option and we complete the work. Once the work is completed we leave the area cleaner than we found it. We then bill the customer on the spot and ask for a review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed all 4 years of plumbing school. I have done residential plumbing for 8 years and commercial plumbing for 1.5 years.
