FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is determined by what I understand needs to be accomplished. Without seeing the job firsthand, it's a 50/50 split - it may be a little more or it could be less on the estimate. Once we've been able to look over the project and discuss specifics, then I will be able to give a more accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we have discussed their need, meeting with them to see & understand what their vision is. We can then come up with a construction plan; including a start & completion time-frame, along with a cost estimate. Communication throughout the project is also a must!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education comes from hands on experience working with other experts in the field. I have been in this line of work since 1990. Some of my work history includes: - renovation of homes after fire or water damage - construction and installation of complete bathrooms & kitchens - renovation of homes and yards after foreclosure - construction, remodel and maintenance for public schools - a lifetime of being a Handyman Certifications - lead based paint and asbestos removal, mold and mildew removal, cultured marble, solid surface & tile (through Whitewater) and ongoing OSHA safety training.
