- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 10% for front line workers, and 10% for senior citizens. I really value front line workers since COVID-19, and love the senior people who helped build this great place we call home!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Understand the problem. 2. Make sure I formulate a game plan, and go over that with said customer. 3. Make sure date, time, and price is right with customer! 4. Get to killing! 5. Report back/ what to expect and make sure customer is satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state of Utah requires regularly attendees training/classes on new epa, and state regulations. I have 7 licenses, and take the continued education for life seriously.
