Incredible service and value. Thomas went above and beyond to tackle a horrible wasp infestation across our entire property. I’m talking multiple nests embedded in hard-to-reach and underground locations. I was very impressed with the work and am grateful to now how someone I can trust for pest issues going forward!

We noticed a wasp nest the size of a soccer ball hanging from our soffit, and he responded immediately! He came out first thing in the morning to take care of it, and was extremely knowledgeable, also offered tips on how to prevent them from coming back. Will use him again if we ever have any pest issues!

Thomas is a gem. He called within minutes of my Thumbtack request and offered to come out the next morning, on Memorial Day, no less. Thomas was knowledgeable, thorough, and had my moms ant problem taken care of in an hour. I called Orkin and Terminix and both told me they could come out the day after Memorial Day UNTIL I told them I didn’t want to commit to a yearly contract and suddenly they couldn’t get me in for almost a week. They both quoted me almost 3 times what Thomas charged; even on a holiday. I could not be more grateful for Uinta Pest Control. Sometimes it’s hard to trust a business that has all or mostly 5 star reviews, but I can assure you that Thomas has earned every one of them. Uinta has definitely secured our business for the foreseeable future. There’s truly no reason to go with anyone else!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 10% for front line workers, and 10% for senior citizens. I really value front line workers since COVID-19, and love the senior people who helped build this great place we call home!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Understand the problem. 2. Make sure I formulate a game plan, and go over that with said customer. 3. Make sure date, time, and price is right with customer! 4. Get to killing! 5. Report back/ what to expect and make sure customer is satisfied
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state of Utah requires regularly attendees training/classes on new epa, and state regulations. I have 7 licenses, and take the continued education for life seriously.
