Introduction

I charge 30 dollars a vent. That price includes all return and supply vents, and the cleaning of all duct work. disinfectant and deodorizer is an extra 100 dollars for all vents and trunk lines. If you schedule a vent and duct cleaning I will do the dryer vent for half price. Dryer vents are 95 dollars. ( with duct cleaning is 50 dollars)

Brandon was prompt in responding, communicative, and very easy to work with scheduling through the holiday season. They arrived on time and got right to work cleaning the dryer vent after explaining the process. He also consulted on the best solution for a vent cover and completed that for us as well. They explained the inner workings of the duct/furnace system and how to help keep the inside of the air in the home cleaner. They were professional and the work quality was above reprach as I watched the workers pay attention to detail and I was impressed by their work ethic!

They were amazing to work with! From the start, Brandon was easy to contact and very kind and professional. His pricing is straight forward, so we were able to calculate how much we'd be spending before he even saw our home. We set a date and time. The morning of our cleaning, they were running 15 minutes behind, and they called to let us know ahead of time. They explained the process and showed us what our ducts looked like before they started (so gross, we needed a cleaning). Not only did they clean the ducts, they took the time to scrape out some paint that had been dumped in the floor vents by a previous owner. They were so thorough and kind throughout the whole thing. Brandon showed us a side-by-side before and after of our ducts and the difference was incredible. I asked how often we should clean our ducts and he was generous with the timeframe and offered tips to extend the time in between cleanings, which is so rare to not feel like you're being sold to when you ask a question like that. Overall, really impressed with the thoughtfulness, workmanship, and overall experience.

Brandon excelled in all five aspects of service above…the max number of aspects I was allowed to pick was three, so I chose the three that I guess most customers look for (value, professionalism and work quality) but rest assured he is five-star in punctuality and responsiveness as well!
