I hired these guys to do work. We agreed on price (I didn’t even try and talk them down) they said Thur or Friday to come do the work. They didn’t show up. Made excuse and apologized. Said they’d be there Sunday and offered $150 discount. I said just do a good job. Sunday afternoon came and they never showed up. I texted and it took a day to respond asking if they could come the next day. I’d already hired someone. While I can’t review their work, their showing up to jobs or communicating was 2 stars. Hence the review.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do business by flat rate. I schedule a time and date to meet and go through the job in detail. Once we have that, I will be able to give you an accurate quote. Ball park quote if dealing by pictures. Must be precise with details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer that they let me come to the property and give an accurate quote. Once I give the free estimate, we go from there. I'm always making sure we are on the same page and everything that they want and need done, gets done. No half stepping!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No education as far as school/classes, but I'm educating myself on the work just to become a better work and grow my business. Putting together my 1st deck actually at the moment @ a property here in Salt Lake City.
